Good Grief! Only a few days until our Launch Party on February 20th! Chad and Kaitlyn have been working very hard making sure everything is in order for the event. A few things they are in charge of are recruiting volunteers, making/ordering decorations, creating a floor plan in the venue, assembling silent auction baskets, and much more. People who attend the Launch Party can purchase a $3 wristband that offers food and drink specials at O'Kelly's Bar & Grille. We hope to see you there!
Some other things we went over in class are the 50/50 raffle tickets. Each student is in charge of selling 25 raffle tickets at $5/piece before the tournament in May. Sadie, who is in charge of the 50/50 raffle, keeps track of every ticket sold and also has to sell another 275 tickets! T.O. went over the application process he has to complete through the city of Mount Pleasant that allows us to have the Gus Macker event.
